Our 8-fold Yogic approach includes Yama (your moral code), Niyama (personal discipline), Asana (yoga postures), Pranayama (control of breath), Prathyahara (the withdrawal of senses), Dharana (concentration/mindfulness), Dhyana (Meditation) and, finally – Samadhi – the ultimate state of self-realization and salvation. Awaken the power of greater consciousness and the Kundalini energy by incorporating the eight limbs of yoga, a learning discipline, and gradually cleansing each chakra. Remove impurities of the mind, body and soul and thus align to the tenets of yoga’s core verses Yogena Chitasya Padena Vacha, Malam Shareerasya Cha Vaidyakena.
An integrated approach helps to harness more love and respect for both the internal environment (the body) and external environment (the universe) as well as encouraging a return to a more balanced place of bliss.
